Article 183 of Civil Code

1 - The right to annul the contract shall lapse if its holder does not invoke it within three years from the time its cause ceases, unless the law provides otherwise. 2 - The period for lapse of the right of annulment shall begin, in the case of impairment of capacity, on the day it becomes complete; in the case of mistake or fraud, on the day it is discovered; and in the case of duress, on the day it ceases. - In all cases, the right to annul the contract shall lapse upon the passage of fifteen years from the date of its conclusion. 2 - The Void Contract
