The capacity of a juridical person, in respect of the rights vested in it and the obligations it bears, is determined by what its constitutive basis provides, and is also determined by the purpose for which it was established, all of this in addition to what the law prescribes.

تتحدد أهلية الشخص الاعتباري, فيما يثبت له من حقوق وما يتحمــل بــه مــن
التزامات, بما يقضي به سبب إنشائه، كما تتحدد بالغرض الذي نشأ من أجله،
