1 - The domicile of a juridical person is the place where its administrative headquarters are located. 2 - Nevertheless, the place where a branch of the juridical person is located may be considered its domicile in respect of matters falling within that branch's activities.

۱ - موطن الشخص الاعتباري هو المكان الذي يوجد فيه مركز إدارته.
٢ - ومع ذلك يجوز اعتبار المكان الذي يوجد فيه أحد فروع الشخص الاعتباري
