1 - Every thing owned by the State or any public juridical person and allocated to public benefit in fact or by law. 2 - It may not be dealt with in a manner inconsistent with that allocation, nor may it be attached or possessed by third parties. - Allocation to public benefit ends in fact or by law.

۱ - كل شيء تملكه الدولة أو أي شخص اعتباري عام ويكون مخصصا للنفع العام
بالفعل أو بمقتضى القانون.
٢ - لا يجوز التعامل فيه بما يتعارض مع هذا التخصيص كما لا يجوز الحجز أو وضع
يد الغير عليه.
