1- Full blood money is assessed at twenty thousand dinars. Its amount may be amended by decree. 2- A schedule of blood-money payments shall be issued by decree, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, specifying the cases of entitlement to blood money in full or in part.

١- تقدر الدية الكاملة بعشرين الف دينار. ويجوز تعديل مقدارها بمرسوم.
2- ويصــدر بمرســوم جــدول للديــات، وفــق أحــكام الشريعــة الإسلاميــة، تتحــدد
