English translation
The judge may order compensation to be paid in instalments or in the form of a periodic income for a specified period or for life. He may then order the debtor to provide sufficient security if there are grounds for doing so.

يجوز للقاضي الحكم بأداء التعويض على أقساط، أو في صورة إيراد مرتب لمده
معلومة أو لمدى الحياة، ويكون له عندئذ أن يحكم بإلزام المدين بتقديم تأمين كاف،
