1 - All the debtor's property stands as security for the payment of his debts. 2 - All creditors are equal in respect of this security, except those among them who have a right of priority pursuant to law. (First) The creditor's exercise of civil rights (the indirect action)

١ - أموال المدين جميعها ضامنة للوفاء بديونه.
۲ - وجميع الدائنين متساوون في هذا الضمان، إلا من كان له منهم حـق الـتقــدم طبقـا
للقانون.
