Article 310 of Civil Code

Any creditor whose claim is due and whose debtor has made a disposition prejudicial to him may request that the disposition be declared ineffective against him, if it diminished the debtor's rights or increased his obligations and resulted in the debtor's insolvency or increased his insolvency, provided that the conditions prescribed in the following two Articles are met.
