A contract is concluded as soon as offer and acceptance coincide, if it concerns a subject matter and rests on a cause that are legally recognized, without prejudice to any particular formalities required by law, in special cases, for the conclusion of the contract. ينعقد العقد بمجرد ارتباط الإيجاب بالقبول، إذا ورد على محل واستند إلى سبب
معتبرين قانونا، وذلك دون إخلال بما يتطلبه القانون، في حالات خاصة، من أوضاع
