Article 34 of Civil Code

An intention may be expressed orally, in writing, by a commonly used sign, by an actual exchange indicating mutual consent, or by adopting any other position whose indication of the true intention leaves no doubt in the circumstances, unless the law requires, in a particular case, that the intention be expressed in a particular manner.
