1 - The offeror has the option to revoke his offer so long as acceptance has not been joined to it. 2 - However, if the offeror specifies a period for acceptance, or the circumstances or nature of the transaction require such a period, the offer shall remain open throughout that period and shall lapse upon its expiry.

١ - للموجب خيار الرجوع في إيجابه, طالما لم يقترن به القبول.
۲ - ومع ذلك، إذا حدد الموجب ميعاداً للقبول, أو اقتضت هذا الميعاد ظــروف
