Article 457 of Civil Code

1 - If the sale is by sample, the sale shall be concluded for a thing conforming to it. 2 - If the sample is damaged or destroyed while in the hands of either contracting party, that party shall prove conformity or nonconformity, even if the damage or destruction occurred without his fault.
