English translation
The determination of the price may be confined to stating valid bases for its determination. If determination of the price is left to a person who is not a party to the contract, the contract shall not be concluded unless the contracting parties accept that determination, and in the event of disagreement, the price of comparable items shall apply.

يجــوز أن يقــتصر في تقديــر الثمــن على بيــان أســس صالحــة لتقديــره٬ وإذا تــرك تقديــر
الثمــن لأجنبــي عــن العقــد فلا ينعقــد العقــد إلا إذا رضي المتعاقــدان بهــذا التقديــر وعنــد
