English translation
If an offer is made at the contracting session without specifying a time limit for acceptance, each contracting party shall have an option against the other until that session disperses. If the contracting session disperses without acceptance being expressed, the offer shall be deemed rejected.

إذا صدر الإيجاب في مجلس العقد، من غير أن يتضمن ميعادا للقبول, كان لكل من
المتعاقدين الخيار على صاحبه إلى انفضاض هذا المجلس . وإذا انفض مجلس العقد
