If the sale does not entail transfer of ownership immediately upon its conclusion, the seller must do everything necessary on his part for its transfer and refrain from any act that would render that transfer impossible or difficult.

بكل ما هو ضروري من جانبه لانتقالها, وأن يمتنع عن أي عمل من شأنه أن
