English translation
Sale transfers ownership of the thing sold if it is individually specified and owned by the seller. If the thing sold is specified only by kind, ownership shall not pass until it is appropriated. All this applies unless the law or agreement provides otherwise, and without prejudice to registration rules.

يترتب على البيع نقل ملكية المبيع, إذا كان معينا بالذات ومملوكا للبائع, فإن لم
يعين المبيع إلا بنوعه, لا تنتقل ملكيته إلا بالإفراز. وكل ذلك ما لم يقض القانون
