The buyer shall be entitled to the fruits and accretions of the thing sold and shall bear its charges from the time of sale. Nevertheless, if the seller has not received the price in full, the buyer shall be entitled to the fruits only in proportion to the price he has paid, all unless an agreement or custom provides otherwise. 1 - Obligations of the Seller:

يكون للمشتري ثمر المبيع ونماؤه وعليه تكاليفه من وقت البيع, ومع ذلك إذا لم
يكن البائع قد استوفى الثمن بتمامه, لا يكون للمشتري من الثمار إلا بقدر ما أداه
من الثمن, وذلك كله ما لم يوجد اتفاق أو عرف يقضي بخلافه.
