English translation
The seller does not warrant against a defect known to the buyer at the time of sale, or which the buyer could have discovered himself had he examined the thing sold with due care, unless the buyer proves that the seller assured him that the thing sold was free from that defect or deliberately concealed it fraudulently.

لا يضمن البائع عيبا كان المشتري يعرفه وقت البيع, أو كان يستطيع أن يتبينه
بنفسه لو أنه فحص المبيع بما ينبغي من العناية, إلا إذا أثبت المشتري أن البائع قد
