1 - The price shall be payable at the place where the thing sold is delivered. If the price is not due at the time of delivery of the thing sold, it must be paid at the buyer's domicile. 2 - All this applies unless an agreement or custom provides otherwise.

۱ - يكون الثمن مستحق الأداء في المكان الذي يتم فيه تسليم المبيع. فإذا لم يكن
الثمن مستحقا وقت تسليم المبيع وجب أداؤه في موطن المشتري.
