The purchaser shall reimburse the seller for any debts of the estate that he has paid, unless there is an agreement providing otherwise. The heir's sale of his share shall not prejudice any rights he may have against the estate. (Fifth): Sale During Death Illness:

يرد المشتري للبائع ما يكون قد وفاه من ديون التركة, ما لم يوجد اتفاق يقضي
بغيره. ولا يخل بيع الوارث لحصته بما عساه أن يكون له من حقوق على التركة.
