English translation
The lessee may not request remission or reduction of the rent if the crop perishes after its harvest, unless it has been agreed that the lessor is to have a specified portion of the crop, in which case the lessor shall bear his share in what perished, provided that the loss did not occur through the lessee's fault or after he was formally notified to deliver. ليس للمستأجر أن يطلب إسقاط الأجرة أو إنقاصها إذا هلك المحصول بعد
حصاده، ما لم يكن متفقا على أن يكون للمؤجر جزء معلوم من المحصول فيتحمل
