1 - Custody terminates by agreement of all interested parties or by judicial judgment, and also terminates upon expiry of its term if it is for a specified term. 2 - The custodian shall then promptly return the property entrusted to his custody to the person chosen by the interested parties or appointed by the judge. ١ - تنتهي الحراسة باتفاق ذوي الشأن جميعا أو بحكم القضاء كما تنتهي بانقضاء
مدتها إذا كانت لمدة محددة.
٢ - وعلى الحارس حينئذ أن يبادر إلى رد المال المعهود إليه حراسته إلى من يختاره ذوو
