English translation
The common parts are not susceptible to partition, and an owner may not dispose of a share therein independently of the separately owned part. A disposition of the separately owned part includes the disposing owner's share in Index of the Law 1055 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD promulgating the Civil Code the parts held in common.
