English translation
Each owner's share in the common parts shall be proportionate to the value of the part he owns separately. The value of that part shall be assessed on the basis of its area and location at the time the building was constructed.

تكون حصة كل مالك في الأجزاء المشتركة بنسبة قيمة الجزء الذي يملكه مفرزا،
