English translation
1 - The provisions of the following articles apply to every building or group of buildings belonging to several persons, each of whom owns a separate part and an undivided share in the common parts. 2 - Whoever owns a separate part shall be considered the owner of an undivided share in the common parts unless the contrary is established.
