English translation
During final partition, the co-owners may agree to an allocation of enjoyment of the common property among themselves until final partition is completed. If they cannot agree on an allocation of enjoyment, the court may, at the request of one of the co-owners, order it.

للشركاء أثناء القسمة النهائية أن يتفقوا على قسمة المال الشائع مهايأة بينهم حتى
تتم القسمة النهائية. فإذا تعذر اتفاقهم على قسمة المهايأة جاز للمحكمة بناء على
