English translation
Resolutions of the general assembly shall be adopted by unanimous vote of the members concerning: a) Disposition of a portion of the common parts if retaining that portion is necessary for enjoyment of the immovable property in accordance with the agreed designated use. b) Construction of new floors or apartments for the purpose of conveying them into separate ownership.

تصدر قرارات الجمعية العمومية بإجماع أصوات الأعضاء في شأن:
أ) التصرف في جزء من الأجزاء المشتركة إذا كان الاحتفاظ بهذا الجزء ضروريا
للانتفاع بالعقار وفقا للتخصيص المتفق عليه.
