English translation
1 - The general assembly shall appoint a manager for the association, from among the owners or others, for a renewable term not exceeding two years. 2 - If the general assembly does not appoint a manager for the association, each owner may request the court of urgent matters to appoint a temporary manager.

۱ - تعين الجمعية العمومية مديرا للاتحاد، من بين الملاك أو من غيرهم، لمدة لا تزيد
على سنتين قابلة للتجديد.
٢ - وإذا لم تعين الجمعية العمومية مديرا للاتحاد، كان لكل مالك أن يطلب من
