Article 874 of Civil Code

1 - A board may be established to administer the association, assist the manager and supervise his work, give its opinion to the assembly on such matters as it sees fit, and perform the tasks assigned to it by the assembly. 2 - If the ownership regulations do not provide for the establishment of an administrative board, the general assembly may, by a majority of the votes of all members, decide to establish the board.
