English translation
One fifth of buried or hidden treasure to which no one can prove ownership shall belong to whoever finds it, and the remainder shall belong to the owner of the thing in which the treasure was found, or to the owner of its bare title, or to the endower or his heirs if the thing in which it was found is endowed, subject to the provisions of Article 879.

الكنز المدفون أو المخبوء الذي لا يستطيع أحد أن يثبت ملكيته له، يكون خمسه
لمن يعثر عليه والباقي لمالك الشيء الذي وجد فيه الكنز أو لمالك رقبته أو للواقف
أو ورثته إذا كان الشيء الذي وجد فيه موقوفا وذلك مـع مـراعـاة مـا تـقـضـي بـه المادة
