Article 889 of Civil Code

1 - If the subject of the disposition is a specifically identified movable, the right shall pass or arise immediately upon conclusion of the disposition. 2 - If the movable is identified by kind, the right shall not pass or arise until it is individualized. 3 - All the foregoing shall apply unless the law or the agreement provides otherwise.
