1 - A possessor shall be deemed in good faith if he is unaware that he is infringing another person's right, unless that ignorance arises from gross fault. 2 - Good faith shall be presumed until the contrary is proved, unless the law provides otherwise.

١ - يعتبر الحائز حسن النية إذا كان يجهل أنه يعتدي على حق للغير، إلا إذا كان هذا
الجهل ناشئا عن خطأ جسيم.
