English translation
If several persons dispute possession, the person exercising physical control shall be presumed to be the possessor until the contrary is proved. If that control has passed from a previous possessor, it shall be presumed to be exercised on behalf of the person from whom it passed. Good and Bad Faith of the Possessor

إذا تنازع أشخاص متعددون على الحيازة، افترض أن من يباشر السيطرة الماديـة هـو
الحائز إلى أن يثبت العكس. فإن كانت هذه السيطرة قد انتقلت من حائز سابق
