English translation
1 - A possessor of immovable property who loses possession may request its restoration within the three years following its loss. If possession was lost clandestinely, the three years shall begin to run from the time of its discovery. 2 - A person who possessed on behalf of another may also request recovery of possession.

١ - لحائز العقار إذا فقد الحيازة أن يطلب خلال ثلاث السنوات التالية لفقدها ردها
إليه، فإذا كان فقد الحيازة خفية بدأ سريان ثلاث السنوات من وقت انكشافه.
