Article 942 of Civil Code

1 - Every legal disposition made by a person during death illness with donative intent shall be considered a disposition taking effect after death and shall be governed by the provisions on wills. 2 - The heirs of the disposing person shall prove that the disposition was made by their predecessor while suffering from death illness, and they may prove this by all means. - If the heirs prove that their predecessor made the disposition during death illness, it shall be deemed gratuitous unless the contrary is proved.
