English translation
If a person makes a disposition in favor of one of his heirs and retains, by any means whatsoever, possession of the property disposed of and his right to enjoy it throughout his lifetime, the disposition shall be deemed to take effect after death and shall be subject to the provisions governing wills, unless evidence to the contrary is established. تصرف فيها وبحقه في الانتفاع بها مدى حياته اعتبر التصرف مضافا إلى ما بعد
