Article 954 of Civil Code

1 - Upon denial, an action asserting a usufruct shall not be heard if it has not been exercised for fifteen years. - If the usufruct belongs to several co-owners in undivided shares, exercise of the right by one of them interrupts the period barring the hearing of the action for the benefit of the others; likewise, suspension of the period for the benefit of one co-owner suspends it for the benefit of the others.
