English translation
If the property over which the right of usufruct is established is movable, it must be inventoried and the usufructuary must provide sufficient security. If the usufructuary does not provide security, the judge may order that the property be placed in the hands of a custodian who shall administer it for the usufructuary's account.

إذا كان المال المقرر عليه حق الانتفاع منقولا ، وجب جرده ولزم المنتفع تقديم تأمين
كاف، فإن لم يقدم المنتفع التأمين جاز للقاضي أن يأمر بوضع المال في يد أمين يتولى
