English translation
1 - The usufructuary shall exercise the care of an ordinary person in preserving the thing. 2 - He shall be liable for the loss of the thing, even due to an extraneous cause, if, after being formally put in default, he has delayed returning it to its owner after the usufruct has ended, unless he proves that the thing would have perished even in the owner's possession.

۱ - على المنتفع أن يبذل من العناية في حفظ الشيء ما يبذله الشخص العادي.
٢- وهو مسئول عن هلاك الشيء ولو بسبب أجنبي إذا كان قد تأخر بعد إعذاره
عن رده إلى صاحبه بعد انتهاء حق الانتفاع، إلا إذا أثبت أن الشيء كان يهلك ولو في
