Article 947 of Civil Code

The usufructuary must use the thing in the condition in which he received it and in accordance with its intended purpose, and must administer it properly. - The bare owner may object to any unlawful use or use inconsistent with the nature of the thing. If he establishes that his rights are in jeopardy, he may demand the provision of security. If the usufructuary fails to provide it, or continues, despite the bare owner's objection, to use the property unlawfully or inconsistently with its nature, the judge may remove the property from his possession and deliver it to another person to administer it, and may, according to the gravity of the circumstances, order termination of the usufruct without prejudice to the rights of third parties.
