English translation
Every member may address questions to the Prime Minister and the ministers to clarify matters falling within their competence, including inquiries about a matter unknown to the member and verification of the occurrence of an event that has come to their knowledge. A question may be addressed only by a single member and shall be directed to the Prime Minister or to a single minister.

لكل عضو أن يوجه إلى رئيس مجلس الوزراء وإلى الوزراء أسئلة لاستيضاح الأمور
الداخلة في اختصاصهم بما في ذلك الاستفهام عن أمر يجهله العضو والتحقق من
حصول واقعة وصل علمها إليه.
ولا يجوز أن يوجه السؤال إلا من عضو واحد ويكون توجيهه إلى رئيس مجلس
