English translation
An interpellation shall lapse when the person to whom it is addressed leaves office, when the membership of the person submitting it ceases, or upon expiry of the legislative term. In cases other than the foregoing, if the session ends without the interpellation being determined, the Assembly shall resume consideration of it in its existing state at the beginning of the following session.

يسقط الاستجواب بتخلي من وجه إليه الاستجواب عن منصبه أو بزوال عضوية
من قدم الاستجواب أو بانتهاء الفصل التشريعي.
وفي غير الأحوال السابقة إذا انتهى دور الانعقاد دون البت في الاستجواب يستأنف
