English translation
Upon a request signed by five members, a general subject may be put before the National Assembly for discussion to clarify the Government's policy concerning it and exchange views on it. All other members have the right to participate in the discussion.

للمناقشة لاستيضاح سياسة الحكومة في شأنه وتبادل الرأي بصدده، ولسائر
