English translation
The National Assembly shall have the right at any time to form committees of inquiry or to delegate one or more of its members to investigate any matter falling within the Assembly's competence. Ministers and all State employees must provide the testimony, documents and information requested of them.

يحق لمجلس الأمة في كل وقت أن يؤلف لجان تحقيق أو يندب عضوا أو أكثر من
أعضاءه للتحقيق في أي أمر من الأمور الداخلة في اختصاص المجلس، ويجب على
الوزراء وجميع موظفي الدولة تقديم الشهادات والوثائق والبيانات التي تطلب
