English translation
The Prime Minister and the ministers shall be heard in the National Assembly whenever they request to speak. They may seek the assistance of such senior officials as they wish or appoint them to deputize for them. The Assembly may request the attendance of the competent minister when discussing a matter relating to his ministry. The Cabinet must be represented at the Assembly's sittings by its Prime Minister or by some of its members.

يسمع رئيس مجلس الوزراء والوزراء في مجلس الأمة كلما طلبوا الكلام، ولهم ان
يستعينوا بمن يريدون من كبار الموظفين أو ينيبوهم عنهم، وللمجلس ان يطلب
حضور الوزير المختص عند مناقشة أمر يتعلق بوزارته. ويجب ان تمثل الوزارة في
