English translation
Maintaining order within the National Assembly falls within the competence of its Speaker. The Assembly shall have a special guard acting on the orders of the Speaker of the Assembly. No other armed force may enter the Assembly or be stationed near its gates except at the request of its Speaker.

حفظ النظام داخل مجلس الأمة من اختصاص رئيسه . ويكون للمجلس حـرس
خاص يأتمر بأمر رئيس المجلس. ولا يجوز لأي قوة مسلحة أخرى دخول المجلس
