English translation
Membership of the National Assembly may not be combined with holding public office, except in the cases in which such combination is permitted under the Constitution. In these cases, the membership remuneration may not be combined with the salaries of the office. The law shall specify other cases of incompatibility.

لا يجوز الجمع بين عضوية مجلس الأمة وتولي الوظائف العامــة وذلـك فـيـها عــدا
الحالات التي يجوز فيها الجمع وفقا للدستور، وفي هذه الحالات لا يجوز الجمع بين
