English translation
The accused is innocent until his guilt is established in a lawful trial in which he is assured the guarantees necessary for exercising the right of defence. Inflicting physical or psychological harm on the accused is prohibited.

المتهم بريء حتى تثبت إدانته في محاكمة قانونية تؤمن له فيها الضمانات الضرورية
