English translation
The Deputy Amir must satisfy the conditions prescribed in Article 82 of this Constitution. If he is a minister or a member of the National Assembly, he shall not participate in the work of the ministry or the Assembly during the period in which he deputizes for the Amir.

يشترط في نائب الأمير الشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة ۸۲ من هذا الدستور وان
كان وزيرا أو عضوا في مجلس الأمة فلا يشترك في أعمال الوزارة أو المجلس مدة
