English translation
If the seat of a member of the National Assembly becomes vacant before the end of his term, for any reason whatsoever, a replacement shall be elected within two months from the date on which the Assembly announces that vacancy, and the term of the new member shall last until the end of his predecessor's term. If the vacancy occurs within the six months preceding the end of the Assembly's legislative term, no election of a replacement member shall be held.

إذا خلا محل أحد أعضاء مجلس الأمة قبل نهاية مدته، لأي سبب من الأسباب
انتخب بدله في خلال شهرين من تاريخ إعلان المجلس هذا الخلو وتكون مدة
